Hi all-I live on eastern Long Island and was very scared by the news.  My first thought was to refill all my daughter's prescriptions.  Only Cortef was available, and only a portion of the full prescription was available.  I have plenty of the injectable, but was told that order may not come in for awhile because the order comes from Manhattan.  What a vulnerable feeling, to think it may not be possible to get the medication that our children need.  I also have used several specialists and hospitals in NYC, and it is scarey to think of ever going there again-and wer'e only 80 miles away!  I pray for us all-this country needs prayers!  Thanks Lynn for your prayers!  I feel grateful that I did not personally have any family or friends in the city.  I too, pray for those with family and friends affected by this tragedy.
