My 5 year old SW CAH has caps on all of his teeth, when he was 3 years old they started to crumble, no enamel. My endo states that it is not related, but my dentists thinks maybe. We go to the dentist every three months and brush like crazy and we are holding steady, which is good, as pretty soon he will lose his baby teeth. My 2 1/2 year old SW CAH, has perfect teeth so far, I took him to the dentist and he said they look really solid. So again, I am unsure if it is CAH or just bad luck. I know that lots of kids have the enamel problem. Good luck. My5 had to be put to sleep to ge the caps put on, it was stressful, but he did fine, about 1 1/2 deal done at the hospital.
