You should absolutely have your daughter tested.  There is no draw back to this.  It is documented to have different severity of CAH within siblings.  Baby acne lasting as long as you state is suspicious.  Your health insurance should cover the blood test.  I don't know if your daughter was given the newborn screening, but is sounds like you need to know for sure.  My daughter wasn't diagnosed till 2.  My best wishes.
