Thank everyone for thinking about me and my children. My office was close to the crash but none of my co-workers were hurt and made it out. The Pentagon Daycare Center (my three year old son, Adam, would have been there but I have him home with me while I am on maternity leave... what if???).

I work for the Air Force (civilian and not in the Air Force, I work for Civil Engineering) and the Navy side of the building was hit but I could have been over on that side of the building. I ride the metro bus to work and know a few Navy personnel and civilians (by face). I knew a secretary that worked in one of the executive offices (by face). Life is so fragile and so short!!!

Now the talk of war... war against terriorism is going to be so hard to fight. The airports in Washington DC are still closed. No mail (and I am waiting on my mail order cortef for Adam and Stephen).
