Sorry for the 1st empty post - mistake.

Anyway, my three year old SW CAH son also has teeth that seem to stain easily and just don't seem to be as strong as his non-CAH older sister's teeth. Our dentist doesn't think it has anything to do with his hydrocortisone, but he did suggest that it would be a good idea to always give my son a few sips of water after each dose to help rinse his mouth clean. Even when my son is asleep for his evening dose, he readily takes a drink of water. It doesn't hurt to try!
