I'm sorry that this is happening to you.  As some of us know that have been through similar, stress in a child happens often because of the break up and not by being with either one parent or another.  Possibly the child could be stressed for other reasons than being with you i,e, having to leave you and go back to MUMS.  Not I should stress because Mom is bad but because if it were up to the child he simply would choose to have both parents around.  It is awful that this has happened, but is is very sad that Triton is not going to see his Dad now  also because it has been twisted to appear that by being with you, he is stressed when it could have been a combination of things.  My sister had a very acrimonious marraige breakdown two years ago and it was the kids that bore the brunt of it whilst the adults totted up such big lawyers bills that now she can barely afford to buy them things.  We all sat on the out skirts and no matter what we did to try to help we were either taking sides with one or the other, when all we wanted to do was try to get them to sort their differences peacably for the sake of the children. 

I would ask just what kind of stress your son suffers.  Is it because his Mom and Dad are broken apart and when they meet in the middle there is tension because this as far as I am concerned should cause neither a leaning one way or the other where rights of seeing your child are concerned.  It is not the childs fault and now, he is the one suffering the consequences.  Unfortunately some silly things are done in the heat of the moment with matters such as this and later when things cool down---everyone always regrets them.  What else can I say except it seems to me that even kids without CAH have these problems, but to use the condition itself to stop the fathers access rights kind of stinks and I hope that you are appealing those decisions.  The child is stressed in general at those times, even non CAH children.  Sorry for your troubles.
