Re: Stress

In my opinion the short term stress or upset of the initial handover from one parent to another at times of access would be nothing compared to the stress suffered by a child 'long term' that was deprived of spending time with either one parent or the other.  Your wife may have not handled the situations well when you have returned Triton home after a weekend with yourself---there are endless possibilities here that should have been looked into from her statements about stress after he has been with you.  She is only fooling herself with these claims and is obviously prepared to do that at the cost of upsetting Triton further and causing him a good deal of stress in the process.  These things happen unfortunaely though sometimes in the aftermath of a marrital breakdown and the kids are the ones to suffer.  I come from a broken marraige between my parents and have had one and so see all these angles clearly here.  How long ago did you send your letter?  Do you think that they will respond?  Have you had words with your lawyer about the matter to appeal against this decision or has it not been made yet?
