Damn and I put down a real good response to that as well!  Didn't you get to read it?  About the gas question as yet I have not seen that as a side effect but cotricosteroids can cause tummy upset and may need to be taken with bottles of milk or breastmilk.  Most babies have wind from my experience!  If you did not get to read my last response let me know and I will e mail it to you
