I posted this request in July and have received a number of recommendations, but find that I have several big gaps in terms of the geographic areas covered. I need West Coast, South, Southwest and Northeast (eg, MA, VT, NH, ME) recommendations. I have none in the Chicago area. Please consider sending me an email with the information about you doctors. As noted below, their names and info will not be posted on the web site without their explicit permission. We will contact every doctor first to get permission to list their info, or just to keep as a reference if someone calls CARES Foundation.

Dear CAH Community and Physicians,
CARES Foundation, Inc. is seeking to compile a listing of United States Board Certified Endocrinologists and Pediatric Endocrinologists, Urologists and Surgeons experienced in treating patients with classical and non-classical Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia. One of our volunteers, Rebecca Perring, (email: rperring@umich.edu) has graciously agreed to collect the data. You may send the information directly to her or to CARES Foundation at caresfoundation@home.com.
It will be organized by geographic area. For patients and parents, if you are pleased with the care you are receiving from your physician and would like us to include the name on our list, please send us the name, phone number or email address, geographic area and as much information as you can about them. For physicians, if you would like to be included in the list, just let us know. Also let us know whether we may publish the information on our web site or whether you would rather be on a list kept internally for individual referrals. We would also appreciate the names of any colleagues whom you know to treat CAH patients. We will contact each physician for permission prior to including their names on our list, so physicians and patients should rest assured that the physician's privacy will be protected.
We appreciate your help in compiling this important list which will provide the backbone for our support services for the CAH community.
