The Division of Endocrinology offers the most modern diagnostic and treatment protocols for children and adolescents with a variety of hormone dysfunctions including:

• growth hormone deficiency
• diabetes mellitus
• thyroid diseases (the Division is an approved Center for the New York State Congenital Hypothyroidism screening program)
• adrenal disorders
• ambiguous genitalia and intersex problems
• hypoglycemia
• abnormal pubertal development
• hirsutism
• disorders of bone and calcium/phosphorus metabolism
