I don't know what is going on with you and your ex-wife, but it sounds kind of like a pissing contest to me.  Excuse my language, but I think that 'phrase' best defines it.  To me your letter seems vindictive and somewhat childish.  You are putting so much effort into being difficult, you should consider redirecting that energy into something positive.  I just hope your children are not caught in the middle of this battle you have with your ex-wife.  

I hope I have not offended anyone, as this is just my opinion.
