SHARON (ARNOLD) BILES-HARNETT             - PLAINTIFF

vs.

DOUGLAS ARNOLD, JR.                         - DEFENDANT

ORDER

This matter comes on for a hearing on this 19" day of June, 2001, with the plaintiff appearing in person and by and through her attorney, King Benson, and the defendant appearing in person and by and through his attorney, Grant DeProw. After considering the testimony of the parties and their witnesses, statements of counsel, and other matters and evidence before the court, this court finds as follows:

1.                  The ex -parte order entered with this court on June 13, 2001, is hereby dissolved.

2.                  The defendant's visitation with the parties' minor children shall continue pursuant to the plaintiff and defendant's divorce decree of June 2, 1998, entered by the 30l't Judicial District, -~Of Dallas, Texas, with the following modifications:

a.      The defendant is enjoined and restrained from administering any type of corporal punishment on Triton Arnold

b.      The defendant is restrained and enjoined from allowing the minor children to be in the presence of Skip and Debbie Lovell unless the defendant is at all times present.

3.                  All other relief which has been requested is denied.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
