Our boy is nearly one, and had terrible gas and cramping problems, especially early on when he was taking a high dose (hydrocortisone). Now that he has stabilised on a lower dose, his symptoms have eased. All babies have wind, but this was something else and kept him up a LOT at night. Whenever we had to increase the dose briefly for a cold or fever, his cramping and painful wind got much worse. He seems to manage much better now.
