It appears you have already lost the battle for which you are trying to rally resources here. Perhaps you are gathering information for an appeal to a higher court? I would suggest that your continued insistence on the right to punish your child as you see fit, your resentment, and the (crucially) unrefuted allegation of your stated reluctance to give the meds to your son, damaged your case to such an extent that the judge's letter seems perfectly reasonable to me.
Did you counter with your own medical experts? Have you been to see the doctor who offered to meet with you? Courts listen to expert witnesses, and are unlikely to have their "understanding" affected in any way by you (unless you are a specialist) or the contents of this message board.
This thread opens up the whole murky arena of what happens when parents of CAH children split up. Is it possible for two such parents, who are naturally going to be over-protective, to split up well and maintain any kind of balance and continuity of care for the sake of the child?
