Hi,

I asked this question of our endo Dr. New, and she said no.  She said since the gene mutation would be the same, the child would have the same variation of CAH.  But as Andrew pointed out, follow your intuition.  It would seem hormonally that something is possibly off with the symptoms you listed.  Coincidentally, my sister displays many of the physical traits of a CAH female untreated.  The doctors have diagnosed her with polycystic ovarian disease.  Apparently the symptoms are very similar to late onset CAH.
