Is your child on tablet or suspension?  If suspension, and there is a problem, there is nothing wrong with reverting to pharmacy made syrup.  omeone mentioned on here they get it made monthly.  Mine is made weekly due to short shelf life.  Also, ask your doctor for some tablets to keep as a back up whenever your child is sick and you have to double dose, you can give a tablet and the normal dose of suspension or half tablet.  All depends on yur childs dosages.  E mail me if you need some more advice.
