Perhaps you should contact the NIH regarding this issue. There are several "renowned" doctors who might be of help in general. I am sure most doctors would not want to get involved legally, but they might share generic information that they give ALL parents of CAH children about stress. Also, our children's medic alert ID's state they have "adrenal insufficiency". The NIH has a very good explanation of this condition and clearly states what is stress. (check previous posts and the link might still be available regarding info to give schools) This is a publication that one might be able to submit to the courts from a respected medical establishment. The support group in Australia also has a parent-friendly publication that explains CAH. None of these publications state that a child must be coddled and sheltered from normal life.DebbiW
