Luckily Liam is not fussed by a blood draw but it would be interesting to know if kids who are difficult to manage get overly stressed before a blood draw which would affect the result.  Given that most endo's seem to scoff at the idea of emotional stress affecting cortisol levels they would never question a parent about this possibility and the result could be oversupression.  Any thoughts...?
