I find it incomprehensive that someone with the intelligence to wade through med school etc could somehow justify in his mind that not telling you was in yours and your sons best interest not to tell you about the CAH.  Then to go to sleep every night knowing that at any point your son could have an accident or have an internal infection of some kind and die due to an adrenal crisis you could prevent only if you knew about his condition.  This goes beyond just mere negligence.
