Kaye you miss the point.

Have you found any adult women who escaped clitoral surgery as children and regret that they were permitted to make the decision for themselves once they were old enough to understand the risks  involved?  No one has a right to make a decision for medically unnecessary and irreversible surgery for for someone else. Years from now what will you say to your daughter if the surgery on her clitoris
damages her both physically and psychologically as so many others have been damaged?
