Noelle!  Thank you for your story, I do truly appreciate every ones imput, but, as I said before, I wish nor mean any harm to anyone.  I am surrounded by support, information and friends that have made this decision, as well as those who have not.  Like I said, no one can predict the future, and sounds as if, because of the state of your country at the time, did not really have the opportunity to make that decision.  Make no mistake, I am GREATFUL that I have the opportunity to make such a decision, and, I see that it has all boiled down to your precious one deciding that she in fact is going through with the surgery now that she is old enough.  Well, aren't you lucky that she is healthy and happy.  I, surrounded by choices and decisions choose to do it now, not later.  I do not wish to wait 20 years (or until she starts to menstruate with no where for the discharge to go) to have this surgery performed.  I am as solid as the rock of Gibralter on my choice, and nothing offered to me in the way of advice will waver my stance.  Sorry!!!!!!!!!  By the way, your letter was definitely heartfelt and I know it was sent with no malice, thank you!
