My son (aged 13 years) has numerous 'spot like' pimples at the tops of his arms and legs.  Although acne is normal for pubertal children, he does not have any spots elsewhere.  I haven't changed my washing powder and can think of no reason for these spots, which are beginning to bother him and can be itchy.  His hydrocortisone dosage has been quite dramatically reduced recently and I wonder whether this could be a side-effect of undertreatment.  Do any other CAH sufferers have these spots?  Could it be  connected to his CAH in any way?  Any help/advice would be appreciated!
