Hi - the dose of Dex that I was on was .625 (for about a year - before that it was always .5) I weaned back down to .5 about a year ago and then my endo after seeing the scan results has me now on .325 one day and .5 the next. I overdid it last Sunday though while hiking and ended up taking a lot more on Sunday and then tapered back down - today I'm finally back to the .5 one day and .325 the next (but still feel tired). I hate this dang stuff.
