I've said in many other post that I have classical adrenal hyperplasia but I do not have salt wasting adrenal hyperplasia. They are the same in that in both disorders the girls can be virilized. Different in that salt wasters need an extra medication to help them and the salt wasters from what I can tell are more prone to an adrenal crisis. I've known that I have had classical adrenal hyperplasia my whole life.
