Thank you so much for this valuable information.  I am particularly curious as to the flow chart.  Do you mean like a log sheet, or along with this log sheet a description with what to do?  Perhaps you have a sample of this, or perhaps Danny does that he could post again?  With my child being under six months of age, I was told by my ped. that she was too little for the flu shot, but he is willing to give the vaccination to the rest of us.  She will be six months shortly, I assume I will still be in flu season?  Should I insist on a shot for her then?  As this being the first flu season I will be entering with my salt waster I am on pins and needles, any suggestions would be of great help.  I like the idea of the gel packs for fevers!  I will make sure I have them right on hand.  Kaye
