What was stated at MAGIC about the salt rash is that it happens -- most often close to sweat glands (like on the upper arm).  I don't remember anything being said that this was something that we need to worry about.

The loss of bone density is of concern.  I don't believe that there have been any studys, but some of the ped endos are starting to see a loss of bone denisty in some of the CAH teens.
