As I am sure it is just a coincidence, I find it interesting that you (as well as myself) experienced trouble in breastfeeding your son.  My little one never latched on well, and here I am four almost five months later still struggling to breast feed her.  As a result of everything that has happened surrounding the discovery of CAH, I virtually lost my milk supply overnight.  Stress I am sure.  With all the meds she is on of course I have had to supplement with formula to get it all down due to the lack of breast milk.  It is a daily struggle, I wish to breast feed her through her first year, don't know if I will make it or not.  I think I could go for two days of no feeds and I would dry up.  My ped recommended an herb to me called Fenugreek which helped build up my supply a bit.  Good luck with the little one on the way, I am struggling with two, don't know how you manage!  Best wishes, Kaye
