This is a picture of my baby boy (Anthony Roger) born on 2 August 01. I had genetic testing done and he does not have CAH. I had CVS (like an amnio) done at 10 weeks. I stop taking the dex because it was a boy. I knew it was a boy two days after the test. Then culture was sent to Dr. Maria New in New York City for the DNA testing for the CAH. It took a couple of weeks for the results. I have two other children with CAH. Two boys - ages 7 and 3 years old.

Did the doctors send the cultures to Dr. Maria New?  Could they test the amnio fluids for the 17-OHP levels?  There is a link to Dr. Maria New office on this web page - below the banner - click on people or medical sites and there is a link to her web page.
