I was on the dex with my second child who turned out to be an affected girl. I had to stay on for the whole pregnancy. My OB Specialist reduced my dose before my amnio (starting at 11 weeks), but didn't take me off all together. I think my dose was too high to begin with, and so they weaned me down to get me to a more normal level. Even though it made my pregnancy hard, it was worth it - my daughter has no virilization. What dose are you on?
