If it can shrink down if the CAH is controlled ... then why do the girls born with CAH need surgery to reduce it?  Why the dex treatment?

I would not wait but would get another doctor's opinion (ped endo specialized in CAH). I would ask the ped endo his/her level of experience, etc.
