My daughter was born with an enlarged ciltoris and fused labia. When she was born her clitoris appeared much fuller and rounder than it does now that she is medicated and her levels are normal. It didn't actually shrink but the diameter is less and it is not as plump. That's the best way to describe it. It appears smaller. While her LOCAH may be the reason for her clitoris to be larger, and a second opinion my be in order, please remember that even women who have no hormonal problems have different size clitorises. My dear friend included, and she's thankful she was spared surgery. I wouldn't consider surgery unless your daughter is extremely upset by the size. Hope this helps.Julia S
