Your clitoris CAN shrink! Mine did - I was normal as a very young child - then started going through puberty at around 6. I remember distinctly being sore from my clitoris rubbing on my pants - anything tight was horribly uncomfortable. I remember itching it too (sounds just like me) I wasn't diagnosed until I was in my teens and my clitoris had gotten pretty big by then and I had a huge sex drive. After getting on medication my clitoris shrunk and then it shrunk to it's smallest about 2 years ago when I was actually oversuppressed (my sex drive was WAY less too). So it's pretty close to "normal" (whatever that is) - who looks (unless you're gay) at another woman's genitals anyway? I wouldn't have known I was different until my endo when I was diagnosed wrote in chart notes that I was a possible hermaphrodite - and then diagnosed me with CAH.
