Hi Valarie,

I am not Sandra but my daughter uses the liquid hydrocortisone also so I thought I would let you know what we do.  Her ped endo wrote the prescription for double the amount she needs for the month so if she is sick for a few days we have enough to triple or double those days and still have enough for the rest of the month.  We have never ran out of the hydrocortisone before the 30 days was up.  Also by the way I use it up until the 30th day and I have not noticed any difference in her between the 30th day on the old medicine and the 1st day of the new medicine.  So it seems to be as effective on the last day as the first.
