We currently see Juan Sotos and feel we need to switch based on the fact that the office  basically refuses to communicate with us.  For example:  waiting 2 1/2 mos. for lab results which came back abnormal and my sons cortef needed to be doubled.  As of today I have waited 6 weeks for results of the last lab and bone age.  At our appt in Sept.  the Dr told us he wanted the above stated tests and then he was either going to change the medication or add another medication to slow the bone age down.  ( he refused to tell me what medication when I asked)  I have called 4 times, no one returns my calls.  It makes you feel so unimportant.  I started calling Drs. today to switch, but many do not accept my insurance.  If anyone knows of a Dr that likes to keep the lines of communication open and accepts Medical Mutual of Ohio, please let us know.
