I noticed that too.  I have a 1 month old on hydrocortisone suspension who is solely breastfed.  When she is "snacking" instead of an actual feeding, she tends to be more constipated.  When she goes through a full feeding completely emptying one side or the other then she gets the rich (fatty) milk and tends to be more regular.
