My husband is getting tested now for CAH because of several different variables and I can't proove it was because of CAH, but we were tested for infertility about 6 years ago because it took us three years to get pregnant per child.  After one year of trying they checked and said he had low count and low motility (or is it mobility?).  At that time we didn't know about our genes or CAH.  But if it helps here's what my OB/GYN told us... it only takes one.
