To those who are advocates of using the term intersexed;

Whether intersex is the correct term or not is not the point.  The point is, people on this board are sensitive to it.  Having a child born with CAH can be overwhelming.  I and others use this board as a support group.  When I discuss my son's conditions with friends, they get this glazed look in their eyes, and I can tell they just don't get it.  I expect the people of this board to be a source of advice and support me on those days when I really need someone to listen.  If something is known to be hurtful, why continue?  You obviously have a group of friends or support with similar feelings as you, so perhaps you can use them as a support network as well as advice for yourself.
