Hi Linda - I have already posted beneath in your other post in regards to this, however, I did forget to mention that when I give my son his pm dose at 11-11:30, we always make sure that we give it to him with milk. He did suffer with stomach problems at one time and had to put him on a regimine of Pepcid AC for a while, until his irritation healed. I think we caught it before it actually turned into an ulcer. So now , the pm Cortef is ALWAYS given with milk. So far, no problems.                              Valerie
