I think the link that you are looking for is http://www.aafp.org/afp/990301ap/1190.html.  My son has suffered from severe headaches all his life.  A CT scan showed that he has a rare frontal sinus problem for which he has had many operations and is to have another soon.  I have asked several Endo's and they can see no connection between sinusitis and CAH. The ENT surgeons feel it may be due to low immunity but they do not know. On the LOCAH board I know that many adults suffer from sinusitis too. With the regard to the headaches, I have also been told the same as Sue mentions in her post.  I have read that too much and too little cortisol can cause headaches as well.
