Hi Sue,welcome. My daughter was the same way,she is three this past may.I tried many programs, dance.gym class,etc..bottom line she just was not ready. Finally she is doing well in her nursery school program she shed a few tears as many young children do the first few days. Now she can not wait for a school day she loves it.Honestly I dont think she would have done so well at an earlier age.Maybe waiting till the next school year would be more succesful. On the flip side i know my daughters fears have subsided a great deal since we started her meds. She has come a long way in the ability to control her emotions.Right now her levels are were they should be Im sure this helps in her ability to control her emotions. If you feel sticking with the program is best ,Im sure you will find in a short time that the tears may pass.My daughters nursery program will not give shots either.I leave her crash kit at the site and gave instuctions in how to handle an er situation. For example ,give the emts a heads up on your daughter, make sure she were's her med alert id,give the school as many contact no# as possible.Im just 5 min. away so that helps, but I can sure understand your fears .good luck-tcLinda
