This is only my perspective, but I believe that Sheila and Debbie merely posted with intentions of illustrating that those with CAH can have a happy ending.  I did not "hear" them advocating for or against surgery.   All they seem to be saying is that they are women with CAH who are married with children and are HAPPY with their lives ~ what a wonderful thing! 

We all are very, very, very aware of the possible negatives aspects of CAH.  Hearing some good news doesn't mean we forget the bad.  We are just seeing the flip side of the coin.  I believe that these two ladies are two of many who are "happy" and simply don't post for lack of need to do so.  I think it is awesome, as well as hopeful to hear these positive outcomes!
