1.  How many previously?

2.  Ask to see pictures of his handiwork.  Ask for copies of the ones he will be taking of your daughter.  You're daughter will want them when she gets older because she will remember the trauma of it.

3.  What is his follow-up, or are all his adult patients lost to follow-up? 

4.  How many of his adult patients that he cut when the patient was a child is orgasmic?  How many are not?

5. How many times does the cutting need to be redone, since 2 is not the appropriate age for genital surgery?

6.  And oh, those dialators, err, dil...oh never mind.

7.  Ask him to provide references of adult women who had this surgery.  By ault, I mean sexually active ones, and ask them.
