My daughter, who will be 3 in 3 weeks!, is not potty trained.  I truly don't believe that she can "feel" when she needs to go.  Her vagina is connected into her urethra.  I know there is the possibility of "back-wash", but there haven't been any problems with UTI's.  Has anyone else had this issue BEFORE corrective surgery was done?
