Ginny will be four at the end of January. She was only out of diapers about six months ago. Each kid has their own timing. My third one, Benjamin, was four before he was finally potty trained. Of course in his case I realized it was because each night when the kids went to bed, he stayed up for me to change his diaper, and he really enjoyed the one on one time. I started changing his diaper earlier and letting him still stay up those few minutes. He was out of diapers in a week.

Oh and Ginny is viralized somewhat. Her vagina is fused and her clitoris is enlarged. It hasn't seemed to have had any affect on her ability to use the bathroom.
