I found that actually having accidents helped for mine Kaye. I think sometimes when they have the diapers on (especially the disposable ones) they don't even notice when they pee, but when they have normal pants on, they feel it and after a few accidents they realize what they are doing and can control it. I was wondering about the backwash problem though. Have you talked to your daughters doctors Janet and what did they say?
