I'm glad I got to read all of these positive thoughts today.  And I loved the last line in your post, love your children as they are and they will love themselves.  My daughter's urologist will probably recommend that she have a vaginoplasty and has already said possible clitorectomy.  There will be NO surgery done on my daughter until she is old enough to understand what is going on.  She has simple virilization that I don't think requires anything cosmetic done to her.  I am anxious and a little scared to go today but he will know my feelings and I'll get to hear his.  I am new to this board and I am glad to hear from some CAH mom's and how they are getting on in life.  I am truly sorry for all of the unecessary surgeries done in the past, I can only sympathize.  My daughter will always have my support, her best interest is in my heart.  And my heart goes out to all of you.
