My daughter was potty trained when she was around 21/2 years old. I was rather worried at first on how to get her to use the potty and I was told by many mothers that this will come when they are ready, so to relax. True enough, one day she asked for underwear (like mummy's!) and wanted to buy the one with Winnie The Pooh (her favourite character!) and of course 'Pooh' potty follows. She had a couple of accidents before she can control herself, but she was really upset when she wet her underwear, so after 2 or 3 days of, she was OK. Best of luck! Sue.
