Thanks for the words of advice. Just a few comments though... I have not yet talked with the ped urologist. She was scheduled for an ultrasound and an appointment on Nov 1. Due the loss of a dr in the group, and my pending trip to China, it won't happen until the first week of Jan. I will be talking with her ped at the 3-year check-up next week. She is mentally ready; underwear has been purchased; she dislikes a slightly wet pull-up or diaper and asks to be changed. There have been several times when she has pee'ed on the floor not realizing that it was coming. The result from these incidents is that she is afraid to put the underwear on.
