Hi Valerie, I have similar problems of 'skin-tags' or warts?? on the neck during my pregnancy with my daughter; and like you, I have never had them before in my life till then, and they are not going away even after 3 years. I will be very interested if there are ways to get rid of this condition (other than plastic surgery!) and also the reason why they happened in the first place. I went to my doctor once and was told that the hormonal changes during pregnancy may have caused it and not sure if they will go away. I was told to consult a plastic surgeon to have them removed if I want, but the condition may return. I did and they did return after several months. Thanks.Sue.
