Actually studying this graph...

It looks to me like the peaks are at : 2-2.30am 8am 1-2pm (Just after lunch) Depending on how long cortisone starts being absorbed by the gut to when it starts peaking would be an interesting thing to find out in itself because surely if you wanted the dose to peak at the above times you would need to have a rough idea when the best time to dose was. I note that on the above graph, the cortisol levels are at their lowest from just after 8pm to just before 2am. Wouldn't you want to take the tablets slightly before that so that it could give them enough time to be absorbed by the gut? Say 1 - 1.30am. The afternoon dose on this chart seems like it would be best also around the same time. I note that the peaks between the afternoon and the evening (first am dose) seem to always be 12 hours apart. Thats why I say 1-1.30pm for afternoon also. (Maybe I could get the school to dose the pm dose?) As for the peak at 8am maybe that would be best at 7am also. Whats's your take cos I know we looked at the other abstract which said they should be dosed between 4am and 4 pm and this chart seems to be different? I mean I prefer to leave it at 3am because I can get a straight 6 hours sleep between 9pm and 3am as opposed to propping my eyes opn with match sticks and waiting until 11pm and then having the baby wake me up anyhow at some point meaning the longest stretch of sleep that I get is 4 hours otherwise.
